Wash the potatoes, peel and cut them in 2. Boil them in salted water for 8-10 min. Drain them well, pour into an oven dish with olive oil and a little butter.
Distribute them out in a single layer. Sprinkle with all of the listed spices. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 25 min.
In a bowl, mix the vinegar, garlic and a little olive oil. Take the potatoes out of the oven and mash them lightly with a fork.
Serve them seasoned with the vinegar mixture. Very easy and delicious!
