How to cook
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar to a fluffy cream, add the flour and lemon zest. Optionally, add a little cognac for a nice aroma.
Mix with the beaten to snow egg whites. Pour the mixture into an oiled or laid out with baking paper small rectangular form. Bake the mixture in a low oven, then leave it to cool.
Cut it carefully into 3 layers, stick them together with chocolate spread and a little whipped cream. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
