When cooking chicken breasts on the grill, you have to first tenderize the steaks. Make a horizontal cut on the fillet with a sharp knife, in order to obtain 1 large steak or 2 smaller ones.
Leave the meat for at least 30 min. in the fridge, then smear it generously with olive oil and bake in a preheated grill for 4-6 min. per side. It's important to grill the steaks well before flipping them over.
Serve the aromatic chicken steaks with a garnish of fresh salad. You can cook chicken leg steaks on the grill the same way.
