Wash and dry the meat. Smear it well with the mustard. Mix all of the spices and roll the meat in them. Heat the butter in a pan and crisp the meat in it for 1 min. per side.
Transfer the meat to an oven dish and cover it with foil. Bake about 20 min. in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven, then lower the heat to 356°F (180 °C).
Take the meat out and smear it with the glaze. Pour the beer and pre-chopped potatoes in the oven dish. Put the pork back in the oven dish with the foil and bake about 40 min.
Remove the foil and bake another 15-20 min. Take the meat out and leave it to sit for 10-15 min. Next, cut it into slices, baste it with the sauce from the baking and serve with the potatoes sprinkled with samardala.
