Boil and mash the potatoes. Grate the onions and chop the parsley. Mix them and season with the spices.
Mix with the cottage cheese and form a smooth dough. Shape it into croquettes. Roll each one in beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, then in eggs and breadcrumbs again.
Put them in to fry in heated oil until golden in color. Serve the potato croquettes with cottage cheese with a salad of your choice.
