Preparation

Wash and cut the zucchini into medium thick strips.

Salt them and wait for them to release their juice, drain and dip each piece in white flour, then in the beaten eggs sprinkled with a little black pepper. Dip them in the corn flour lastly.

Fry them in generous amounts of oil until golden. Make a sauce from the yoghurt, mayonnaise, garlic and dill.
