Pork Loins with Potatoes in the Oven

  • pork loins - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • bacon - thin slices
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • salt
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp for the fillet and potatoes
  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)


Mix the soy sauce with the spices and oil, rub the pork loins with the mixture but don't use too much salt and oil. Cover with the slices of bacon tightly and put it in an oiled tray. Bake for about 1 hour at 302°F (150 °C).

Clean the potatoes, chop them finely, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and a little oil. Add them to the tray and finish baking for another 30-40 min.

If you feel it necessary, pour in a little more water into the tray during baking.
