Dissolve the honey in the warm water, stir with the dry yeast and leave it to activate. Pour in the flour, add the salt, oil, egg and stir with a fork until you obtain a sticky dough, without pouring in any more flour.
Leave it to rise, covered with a towel, for 30 min. in a warm area. Smear an oven dish with oil, put the doughy ball into it, then spread it out.
Smear with a beaten egg on top, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. Distribute small pieces of butter and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 30-35 min.
Serve with yoghurt! The perfect Sunday breakfast!
