Juicy Oven-Baked Pork Liver
- pork livers - 23 oz (650 g)
- onions - 2 - 3 heads, medium
- carrots - 1 large
- flour - 2/5 cup (100 g)
Cut the liver down into the desired pieces (not too thick).
Mix the liver pieces with the salt and savory to taste in a bowl. Roll each piece in flour, dip in oil and arrange in an oven dish.
Cut the onions into slices and arrange them on top of the liver pieces to cover them.
Grate the carrot coarsely on top and wrap the oven dish in foil. Bake at 356°F (180 °C).
