How to cook

Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk. Sift the flour, make a well in it and pour in the yeast. Add the beaten eggs, cream, oil and salt. Knead a soft dough. Leave it to rise for about 90 min.

Divide the dough into 12-14 balls. Roll out each one and smear them with oil. Fold it in half and then in half again, to get a triangle. Do this for all the balls of dough.

Leave them to relax for 15 min. Smear with beaten together egg and a little milk. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 20 min. Cut the ingredients for the garnishing into slices and place them inside the sandwiches once they cool. Cheese, tomatoes and spices are my personal favorites.
