Braise the finely chopped onion in the heated oil until golden. Add the washed and drained rice and braise it for 2-3 min. as well.
Add the peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika, all purpose spice and salt to taste.
Stir everything well and arrange the coarsely chopped tomatoes on top.
Pour 4 cups of warm water over the dish and put it in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven for 30 min.
Once ready, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped fresh parsley.
