Then lay out the mixture onto a floured board. You can also use baking paper to make it easier to roll it up. Arrange the boiled eggs, carrots and pickles on top of the mince.
Roll it up and place it in an oiled oven dish. Sprinkle with a little flour and smear with an egg yolk. Put it in a preheated 374°F (190°C) oven and bake for 1 hour 15 min.
