Peel the potatoes and boil them in lightly salted water with 2-3 garlic cloves to provide a slight aroma.
Then mash or blend them, add the crumbled feta cheese, grated onions and spices.

Make balls, roll them in flour, then in the well-beaten egg white and remaining egg. Fry in heated oil or bake in a buttered oven dish in a moderate oven.
