Sift the flour in an oven dish. Make a well in the middle and pour in the yeast, which you've diluted with a little milk and a pinch of sugar, then the remaining milk and 1-2 pinches salt. Knead a soft dough, leave it in a warm area for 60 min.

Divide up the risen dough into 6 balls and roll them out to thin rectangular or square sheets. Cut each sheet into 8 triangles.

Roll up each one in a croissant shape. Optionally, you can add a filling of feta cheese, then smear them with the beaten yolk, sprinkle with caraway or other seeds and bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven.find similar recipes here
