Wash the leeks, cut them into round slices.
Peel the roasted peppers and cut into cubes.
Put oil in a pan and once it heats up, add the leeks. Fry until they soften, then add the peppers. Once fried well, add the feta cheese too.
Stir and add the eggs.
Sprinkle with savory and stir again.
Serve warm, sprinkled with parsley!
