Marinated Mackerel on the Grill
- mackerel - 4 fillets
- vinegar - 1/2 cup
- lemon juice - of 1/2 lemon
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - 3 tbsp
- mustard - 1 tbsp
- black pepper
- bay leaf
Pour all of the ingredients for the marinade in a deep pot and bring to a boil.
Once the liquid cools a bit, put the fillets in it and cover the container.
Once seasoned, take the fish out and cook on a heated grill, while sprinkling with lemon juice periodically.
