Whip the eggs, crumble the feta cheese, add the yoghurt, 3-4 tbsp oil.
Take a phyllo pastry sheet, smear it with a little oil, place a 2nd sheet on top, place some of the egg mixture, smear well all over the sheet.
Roll it up along its width. Arrange in an oven dish and repeat this process with the sheets until you run out. Smear with any remaining mixture on top and sprinkle with a little oil.
Bake at 374°F (190 °C) for about 20 min.
