Preparing the main mixture: Wash the zucchini, cut off their stems and grate coarsely in a bowl. Peel them if they're not very fresh. To them, add the coarsely grated cheese and the cottage cheese, slightly mixed with a spoon.
Beat the eggs very well with a pinch of salt, add the cream, stir until homogeneous and it to the other mixture, stir.
Pour in the olive oil and stir until it's absorbed by the mixture. Mix the flour with the baking powder, sift on top of the mixture and stir until fully absorbed.
Lay out an oven dish (mine is a square one, 8 1/2″ (21 cm) per side) with baking paper or smear it with olive oil.
Pour the mixture into it, even it out and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 40-45 min. until it gets a beautiful, baked crust.
Take it out of the oven, let it cool a little before cutting it. Serve with yoghurt and/or a salad of your choice. Bon appetit!
