How to cook
Soak the bread in the milk and then drain it. Mix it with the mince, add the finely chopped onions, egg, parsley.
Knead well and divide it up into small balls. Shape them into meatballs, roll them in flour, carefully shake off any excess.
Fry in preheated oil/olive oil until golden on both sides. Serve with a Greek dairy salad. Delicious!
