Break the eggs in a deep bowl. Add the sugar and beat well with a mixer. Next, 1 by 1, add the oil, yoghurt, flour and baking powder. Beat well until all of the ingredients are fully mixed.
Next, prepare your phyllo pastry sheets. You can cut them into strips or tear them to pieces. Add them to the mixture and stir well with a wooden spoon, so the pieces get distributed evenly.
Take out 3-4 pieces from the Turkish delight box. Cut each of the remaining pieces into 4. Dice the butter as well.
Smear a cake form with melted butter. Pour in 1/3 of the mixture into it. Arrange half the Turkish delight and half the butter on top. Pour in the 2nd part of the mixture. Distribute the remaining Turkish delight and butter on top. Pour on the rest of the mixture at the very top.
Preheat the oven. Bake 40 min. at 356°F (180 °C). Leave the Phyllo Pastry Cake to cool and carefully invert it onto a plate. Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
