  • biscotti - 1 packet
  • cream - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), Chantilly
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • sugar - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • coconut flakes - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • dark chocolate - 3 oz (90 g)
  • confectionery dye - green, a pinch

Make the Chantilly Cream for Cakes, the recipe for which you'll find at

Pour the milk into a wide bowl, add the sugar and stir until it's dissolved.

In another bowl, pour in the coconut flakes.

Briefly dip 12 biscotti, 1 at a time, in the sweetened milk and arrange them some distance apart from each other.

Pour the Chantilly Cream in a pastry bag and spray it out onto 6 of them. Stick them together in pairs with the 6 biscotti that don't have cream. Then roll them in the coconut flakes.

Keep them in the fridge while you melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave with 2 tbsp cream.

Add the green confectionery dye to the remaining coconut flakes and pour on a few drops of water, so they moisten a bit and dye the flakes, stir.

Use the pastry bag to decorate the biscotti with the chocolate and sprinkle on the green-colored coconut flakes.
