How to cook
Wash the pork shank and dry it well.
Smear the shank with this marinade and leave it for 4 hours in the fridge.
Salt it and put it in an oiled oven dish, cover with foil and bake 2 hours at 392°F (200 °C).
Remove the foil and bake another 20 min. for it to form a crispy crust.
