How to cook
Sift the flour. Beat the egg.
Heat the milk slightly and dilute the yeast with the sugar and 1 tbsp flour in it.
Make round pitas by rolling the sheet out thick and cutting out circles.
Arrange them in an oven dish smeared with oil and sprinkled lightly with flour.
Put grated cheese and pieces of butter on the pitas.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Serve with ayran.
