How to cook
Dissolve the yeast in the water with 1-2 tbsp flour and a little sugar. Once effervescent, add this to the flour along with the eggs, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tbsp sugar and the cool milk. Knead a dough. Leave it to rise.
Then divide it into 3 equal parts. Dip each one in melted butter. Roll them out.
Arrange the 3 parts on top of one another, with crumbled feta cheese in between. Roll the whole thing up into a roll and/or twist it.
Cut it into pieces about 2″ (5 cm) tall. Arrange them in an oiled oven dish.
Bake in the oven until ready.
