Wash and cut the meat into small cubes. Put them in a pan and braise on all sides. Add 1/2 cup water. Once some of the water evaporates, add the onions, chopped into crescents.
Braise until it's left in just oil. Sprinkle with black pepper, savory and a pinch of paprika. Distribute the ready meat into plates and garnish with a salad of boiled potatoes, green onions and lemon slices.
