How to cook
Cut the onions into crescents, the pork into bites.
Saute the onions in a little oil and water, add the pork once they soften.
Top off with a little water, so the meat doesn't stick. Leave it to soften.
Dissolve the spice mix in water and add the wine. Pour it in with the meat and leave it to simmer, while stirring.
Season with the other spices. In the meantime, boil the rice. Once everything is ready, combine and serve with fresh parsley on top.
