Ingredients

  • pork - about 21 oz (600 g)
  • red onions - 3 heads
  • peppers - 1 red + 1 green
  • carrots - 1
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • lard salami - 2.5 oz (75 g)
  • olives - 8 - 10
  • spices - all - purpose, for meat or BBQ
  • oil
  • black pepper
  • eggs - 1

How to cook

Cut the pork into coarse pieces. Heat the saj and smear it with oil. It needs to heat up well; once it does, put the pork to braise in it.

Season the meat as desired - I like to use BBQ spices or vegetable spice mix. Stir well with a wooden spoon until the meat is well fried. Next, take it out of the saj.

Chop the vegetables coarsely. Before placing the other ingredients, smear the saj with oil once again. Put the veggies and lard salami on. Season them.

Stir again with a wooden spoon but before they're fully ready, add the meat. Stir. Leave the saj on the stove for a few min.

Once the vegetables are ready as well, take the saj off the stove. Then add 1 raw egg, while the saj is still hot, and stir well.
