  • bread - 5 - 6 slices, large, from old bread
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • eggs - 2
  • parsley
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)


Crumble the bread finely in a bowl. Pour in some milk to soak it and stir.

Add the beaten eggs, spices and mashed garlic. Stir and leave it for 10 min. The mixture must not be runny but rather like a thick porridge.

Scoop from the mixture with a spoon and put them in heated oil. Once they gain a golden color on one side, flip them over to fry on the other as well.
