How to cook
Grate the cheese, feta cheese and ham together on a coarse grater.
Sift the flour and mix it with the baking powder, salt, beaten egg, yoghurt, ketchup, oregano and the mixed together cheese, feta cheese and ham. Knead a medium hard homogeneous dough.
Roll out the dough into a 1/4 thick sheet on a floured counter and cut it into the desires shapes. Leave the cut dough to rest for about 10 min., while you heat up the oil in the meantime on low heat (it's very important to fry them on low heat).
Put a few pieces into the heated oil and fry to a nice brown color on both sides.
Arrange the ready fritters onto paper towels to drain off their excess oil from the frying. Serve warm. They're also irresistibly delicious when cooled.
