How to cook
Wash the zucchini, cut it in 2 and scoop out the insides to make boats.
After you've scooped them out, salt them, break an carefully egg into each and put in the oven to bake at 410°F (210 °C) for 15-20 min. or until ready.
5 min. before the zucchini are fully ready, open the oven and sprinkle grated cheese along their edges.
After they're baked, take them out, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and shred a little parsley on top.
