Ingredients

  • zucchini - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 3 - 4
  • flour
  • oil - for covering the bottom of the container in which you'll be baking
  • feta cheese - about 1 cup
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • dill - 2 tbsp or parsley or savory

Preparation

Cut the washed zucchini and peeled raw potatoes into small cubes.

Arrange them in an oven dish, sprinkle on the spices, flour, oil, crumbled feta cheese. Pour on the beaten eggs and stir well.

Put to bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven. Once the liquid, released by the vegetables, evaporates a bit, take the oven dish out.

Next, sprinkle everything with the grated cheese, distribute small pieces of butter and return to the oven to finish baking.
