Wash the peppers, don't remove their stems. Cut out a long, narrow strip from each pepper. Remove the seeds from the opening. Cut the strip into pieces and stuff the pepper with it. Grate or mash the feta cheese, mix it with the eggs, chopped green garlic bunch, breadcrumbs and parsley.
Smear each pepper on the inside and fill with the mixture. Pour 2/5 cup (100 ml) water into an oven dish and arrange the peppers in it. Pour in a little oil between them and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven to a nice crisp.
Peel the tomatoes and chop them finely. Fry them with the chopped garlic and parsley until the water boils off. Salt to taste and transfer to the oven dish with the peppers.
Arrange the prepared peppers and sprinkle with parsley!
