Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Put the butter and curry in a large container and stir well.
Add the potatoes, roll them well in the mixture. Arrange them in a tray in 1 layer and salt them.
Cook in the microwave 12-15 min. at 482°F (250 °C) at 30% power. Stir twice during microwaving, until the potatoes become crunchy, with a golden brown crust.
Serve the potatoes sprinkled with curry, with chopped coriander and decorated with the lemon slices.
