Wash the broccoli and shred it into florets. Put them in boiling water for 4-5 min. and then wash them with icy water.
Leave the blanched florets to drain off their liquid, in the meantime get to work on the breading. Make it by mixing together the eggs, flour, beer and spices.
Combine everything and mix very well. Dip the drained broccoli in the mixture and fry in highly heated oil until they gain a golden crust.
Then drain them onto paper towels. Optionally, serve with dairy sauce.
