Knead a dough from the ingredients and leave it in a warm area to rise. Once it increases in volume, divide it up into balls.
Roll out each one into a thin sheet, sprinkle with melted butter and feta cheese.
Wrap them up into rolls, cut into pieces and put them in an oiled oven dish. Leave them to rise again, smear with beaten egg and bake.
Optionally, you can sprinkle with sugar.
