  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g), mixture
  • onions - 1 head
  • eggs - 2
  • bread - 4 slices
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • savory - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • oil


Put the mince in a deep container so that you can knead it with your hands, add the eggs, finely chopped onions, the bread slices, which you've soaked in water ahead of time and drained, the salt, black pepper, savory.

Knead the mixture well and leave it to sit for 2 hours, so that the mince takes in the flavors.

Next, begin forming meatballs in a plate, then roll them on both sides in a plate of flour and arrange them in your plate.

Put a pan with oil on the stove on low heat and place as many meatballs as will fit in it.

Fry on all sides, take them out, put the next set in and repeat until you've fried all the meatballs.

You can serve them with a salad of your choice.
