How to cook
To begin with, prepare the baguette. Depending on the size of the baking container, cut it up into 2-3 pieces if needed.
Cut off the top part of each piece, like a lid. Then scoop out its insides. Smear each resulting boat with softened butter on the inside.
Prepare the filling by cutting the cheese, bacon, green pepper, tomato and bunch of green onion into small cubes. Add an egg to bind them all together and stir well. Fill the baguette with the resulting mixture.
Sprinkle with the remaining cheese on top (grated beforehand). Bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven.
