How to cook
Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer in a deep bowl until whitened. Once the mixture has whitened, add the vanilla and oil. Beat with the mixer once more. Then add the orange juice. Beat well with a mixer once again. Add the ground walnuts and raisins.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and add them to the mixture. Stir with a spoon. Sift the flour along with the baking powder, then gradually add it to the mixture, while stirring nonstop.
Once the mixture becomes homogeneous, transfer it into a cake form (oiled and floured).
Bake the cake in a preheated 347°F (175 °C) about 35-40 min. Check to see if the cake is ready with a toothpick.
