Chop the garlic as finely as possible and cut the peppers into small pieces.
Stir the strained yoghurt with the feta cheese, sour cream and optionally, 1-2 tbsp of mayonnaise. The healthiest option is to add just a bit of olive oil.
Add the garlic and peppers, stir well.
Using an ice cream spoon, put 3 scoops in a plate, sprinkle generously with ground walnuts and make a decoration of parsley, olives.
