Mix the eggs and sugar and beat until the sugar dissolves. Then add the flour, vanilla and baking powder.
Keep beating until the mixture becomes homogeneous, then pour it into a buttered and floured oven dish. Bake at 356°F (180 °C).
Once the revani cools, prepare the hot syrup. Stir the ingredients for the syrup and heat them up on the stove.
Cut the revani into triangular pieces, then pour the syrup over it.
Leave it to cool completely before serving.
Decorate with strawberries if you like.
