How to cook
Braise the onions, pepper and carrot in the oil and take them out of the pan.
Put the livers, washed, dried and coarsely chopped, in the same pan and fry with the butter until ready.
To them, add the fried vegetables, stir well and pour in the wine and tomatoes (mashed) to them.
Add the spices and saute the dish until it's left in just oil. Serve warm.
