Beat the eggs in a bowl. Crumble the feta cheese. Grate the cheese. Chop the parsley and onions finely. Add them to the eggs.
Season with turmeric, oregano, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is fully homogenized.
Stuff the peppers, constrict the holes a bit so the mixture doesn't spill out. Roll each pepper in corn flour.
Oil the tray in which you intend to bake. Arrange the peppers in it. Put them to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Once they gain a golden crust, they're ready.
