Season the ribs with the spices and leave them to take in the flavors.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Heat up the oven.
Smear the bottom of an oven dish with oil, arrange the potatoes, salt them and arrange the ribs on top.
During baking, flip the ribs over to bake on the other side as well.
Bake to a golden crisp. Serve the ribs with a garnish of potatoes and suitable salad.
