How to cook
Boil the Vienna sausages, then leave them to cool. Cut each into 3 equal pieces. Dice the ham and mix it with the grated cheese.
Divide up the puff pastry into 2 parts - smear half of them with mustard and cut the sheet into squares. Wrap a piece of Vienna sausage in each square. Smear with oil and eggs on top and place them in an oiled tray.
Cut the other half of the puff pastry into squares as well and put 1 tbsp of the diced ham in each piece. Smear with eggs on top and place them in the same tray. Bake the Puff Pastry Bites in a highly preheated oven.
