How to cook
Grate the zucchini, salt them and leave them to drain in a colander. Put them in a bowl (if they still have water in them, squeeze them with your hand) and to them add the eggs, finely chopped onions, garlic, parsley and dill.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper and stir. Grate the feta cheese and cheese on a coarse grater, add them to the mixture.
Leave the bowl in the fridge for 10 to 15 min. Scoop from the mixture, form balls, roll them in flour, flatten them and fry in preheated oil until golden.
