How to cook
Peel the bananas, cut them into coarse pieces, put them in an oval container and sprinkle with the lemon juice and sugar.
Heat 2-2 1/2 min. in the microwave on full power. Beat the eggs with the milk and pour the resulting mixture over the bananas.
Heat at the same power until the cream thickens. Serve the dessert warm, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
