Heat the water and dissolve the yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp flour in 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of it. Stir well to a smooth mixture, leave it to bubble for 10-15 min. in a warm area.
Sift the flour and salt and make a well. Pour the oil and now effervescent yeast in it. Start kneading, while constantly adding the rest of the cool water, little by little. Knead until you get a soft dough that doesn't stick to the hands. You have to knead it at least 5-10 min.
Transfer the dough into a greased bowl and leave it to rise for 30 min. in a warm area. Lay out a deep tray with baking paper and smear it with oil. Knead the dough again and form a round bread, put it in the tray and leave in a warm area to rise for 1 hour.
Make cuts along the surface of the bread and sprinkle with flour. Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready. Once your bread is baked, turn the oven off and leave it inside for another 15-20 min.
