How to cook
To make the layer, grind the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Distribute the resulting homogeneous mixture at the bottom of a form with removable sides, press down on it very well.
Prepare the cream mixture. Beat the confectionery cream to snow, add the cream cheese and continue beating with a mixer on low. Add the powdered sugar, stir until you get a nice homogeneous mixture.
Cover the biscuit layer and smooth it out well. Grate the chocolate and distribute it on top, decorate with strawberries.
