Beat the eggs. Add the yoghurt with baking soda, salt and flour. Knead to a soft dough.

Divide the dough into 2 balls, roll them out to 3/4″ (2 cm) thick and cut out squares.

Put a little crumbled feta cheese in each, fold them closed, press gently and fry.
