How to cook
Bake the peppers (I had baked and then frozen ones but you can use peppers from a jar as well), peel them, roll them in the flour and start arranging them in the oven dish (greased with some of the butter) you're going to be baking in. If the peppers are too meaty, cut them in half.
Cover the bottom with peppers, crumble feta on top, peppers again and so on until out of ingredients.
Poke holes in the peppers with a fork so that the topping can seep in everywhere evenly. Then stir together the yoghurt, milk and eggs, pour this mixture over the peppers.
Distribute cubes of the remaining butter on top. Bake to a nice crisp. Optionally, sprinkle on cheese.
